Humphries has an ongoing knee issue, Williams an ankle injury and Bucannon a chest injury. Safety Rudy Ford (heel) also won't play against the Chargers.

After missing three field goals in his debut last season, Parkey, who made the Pro Bowl as a rookie for Philadelphia in 2014 only to be waived two years later, rebounded and converted 20 of 22 attempts. His personal comeback was lost in the mess of the Browns' horrendous 1-15 season.
Arizona St’s Gonzalez takes Groza as nation’s top kicker
ATLANTA (AP) — Zane Gonzalez of Arizona State has claimed the Lou Groza award as the nation's top kicker.
The senior made 23 of 25 field attempts, with both misses coming from 53 yards. He tied an FBS record with three field goals longer than 50 yards in one game, including a career-best 59-yarder.
Gonzalez finished with 108 points, also making 39 of 40 PATs.
