Montana man accused of raping, impregnating foster teen
BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A 29-year-old Montana man has been charged with raping and impregnating his teen foster daughter.
The Billings Gazette reports that the man, whose name can’t be disclosed without identifying the daughter, has pleaded not guilty to a single count of sexual intercourse without consent.
He’s currently being held in the Yellowstone County jail.
According to charging documents, the man told an employee at a mental health organization that he had had sex with the foster child and it had resulted in a pregnancy.
Deputy Yellowstone County Attorney Jacob Yerger says the teen was in the man’s care for less than three months.
The investigation began in 2018.
