Racial disparity in California police stops varies by agency

A racial breakdown of 1.8 million police stops by the eight largest California departments during the last six months of 2018, according to a report Thursday by the Racial and Identity Profiling and Advisory Board. The population percentage is based on the makeup of the jurisdiction covered by the individual agency.
