Authorities ID man killed in shooting in Pittsburgh’s Lincoln-Lemington
Authorities identified a man killed in a double shooting in Pittsburgh’s Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood this week as Lewis Dunning, 64, of Uniontown.
Dunning was found dead on Paulson Avenue about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, authorities said.
Officers were responding to a ShotSpotter notification when they found Dunning, who had been shot in the head, according to Public Safety spokeswoman Alicia George.
Police also found another man nearby, she said. He had been shot multiple times but survived.
The Violent Crime Unit continues to investigate.
