Federated Bank announces new board member
Federated Bank recently announced that Craig Gocken has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors. Gocken recently retired from Federated Bank, where he served as senior vice president and senior commercial lending officer since April of 2010.
Gocken is a lifelong resident of Iroquois County with several years of experience in banking. He has seen the development of new tools and functionality that were unimaginable at the onset of his career.
“Given Craig’s history of community banking and his time at Federated Bank, he is uniquely positioned to join the Board of Directors,” said Matt Clark, president and CEO of Federated Bank. “Craig has a thorough understanding of the bank’s history and mission statement, and I look forward to his contributions in the years to come.
“Additionally, his background and vast community involvement will assist in leading Federated Bank with our mission of continued growth, and he will continue to be a strong ambassador for Federated Bank.”
Founded in 1918, Federated Bank is headquartered in Onarga and serves the Central Illinois area with offices in Onarga, Bradley, Chebanse and Loda.
