Snow Postpones Wilmington School Superintendent Interviews

February 7, 2018

WILMINGTON -- The first set of superintendent finalist interviews have been rescheduled from tonight to next week due to the snow.

Nan Murphy, director of Accountability and School Improvement for the Lowell Public Schools, and Glenn Brand, former superintendent of the Acton-Boxboro Regional School District, will now be interviewed next Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Scheduled to be interviewed on Monday, beginning at 7 p.m., are Patricia Lambright-White, assistant superintendent of Pupil Personnel Services for the Melrose Public Schools; and Michael Wood, director of Student Services for the Leicester Public Schools.

Both rounds of interviews will take place at the high school. The School Committee will likely schedule another meeting where it will make a final decision. The committee hopes to have a permanent superintendent in place by July 1.
