Call center expected to create 270 jobs in Greenville County
GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) — An outsourcing and event planning company is opening a customer contact center in Greenville County expected to employ 270 people by 2018.
State and company officials announced Wednesday that Michigan-based Morley is investing nearly $2 million into a facility about 10 miles from downtown Greenville. Hiring is underway. The company website lists nine positions available in human resources and roadside services.
Morley human resources director Jill Gushow says other initial positions being filled will include supervisors and recruiters.
She says more than 100 employees should be working at the facility by year’s end. Hiring will continue through 2017.
