ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office says a man has died following an officer-involved shooting at a Rochester mobile home park.

Authorities say the incident began when three officers from the Department of Corrections and a Strafford County sheriff's deputy went to serve an arrest warrant Monday afternoon on a man at the mobile home park, identified as 35-year-old Ben Shannon.

A short time later, Rochester police say they received a report of shots fired inside the home.

Investigators say Shannon was treated at the scene for a gunshot wound and then taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland, where he died Monday night. An autopsy was planned Tuesday.

No officers were hurt.

It's unclear who fired the gun or what prompted the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
