The PRAB meets monthly on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Recreation Center, 7008 Fifth Street, Bellaire. Meetings are occasionally held at the CenterPoint Energy Community Center, Second Floor of the Bellaire Family Aquatic Center, 7001 Fifth Street, Bellaire.
