Aquarius announced recent opening of new pool
LAUGHLIN — Aquarius Casino Resort recently announced the grand opening of their new $5 Million resort-style pool open exclusively for Aquarius hotel guests.
Located on the southeast corner of the property, the 34,000 square-foot pool area offers tremendous views of the Colorado River and Aquarius’ Riverwalk, along with amenities including more than 100 chaise lounges, nine private cabanas, two hot tubs and an intimate grass area for small concerts and recreational activities. Aquarius Resort Pool will be open from 7 a.m. to midnight daily offering adult only hours from 7 to 9 a.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., for those guests 18 and older.
An enhanced feature is the River’s Edge outdoor bar that will offer resort pool guests and those walking along the Riverwalk a chance to grab a quick bite to eat or enjoy a cocktail. River’s Edge will have everything from Margaritas, Pina Coladas, to beer and wine and soda or water. If guests are looking for something to eat, they can choose anything from either hamburgers or hot dogs, to wraps and salads.
“The Aquarius resort pool is going to offer our incredible guests another great amenity and another way guests can have a winning experience while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Colorado River,” Aquarius Casino Resort General Manager Sean Hammond said in a prepared statement.
Each of the private cabanas includes a refrigerator, a 50” cable TV, ceiling fan, privacy curtain with a couch and table. Rental packages start at $80 for the basic package that includes a fruit platter, water and ice to the VIP cabana package starting at $200 that includes appetizers and cocktails.
