Police: Woman’s iPhone open to FaceTime during crash
PELHAM, N.H. (AP) — Police in New Hampshire say a woman’s iPhone was open to a FaceTime call at the time her vehicle crashed into a rock wall.
Police in Pelham said they found a Jeep Wrangler on its side with the driver inside early Sunday.
NH1 reports police say 20-year-old Megan Lemay, of Pelham, was driving east toward 111A when she failed to negotiate a curve. She wasn’t hurt.
Lemay was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, possession of prescription drugs, and prohibited use of a mobile device while driving.
She was released on bail and will be arraigned July 9. It wasn’t immediately known if she had a lawyer, and a phone number couldn’t be found for her.
