During the City of Wilkes-Barre’s second annual Old-Fashioned Holiday Market on Public Square, Miss Pennsylvania Outstanding Teen 2017 Madison Dompkosky, of Mountain Top, hosted horse-drawn carriage rides to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network. Carriage rides were offered to the public on Dec. 1-2 during the event. Carriage rides were $5 per person and $1,550 was raised for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Dompkosky and Mayor Tony George presented representatives from the Children’s Miracle Network at Geisinger with the check.
