Cloudy, sprinkles possible with high temps warm in 70s: Cleveland, Akron Monday weather
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Monday across Northeast Ohio will start the work week with warmth and humidity, but sadly a few sprinkles can’t be ruled out.
As a storm system sweeps south of Northeast Ohio Monday morning, it will spark up a few instability showers and possibly some lightning early. Chances are higher farther south close to Akron, while in Cleveland the chances are for a mere sprinkle or two possible. As the system progresses, it could continue very random, scattered showers throughout the day farther south but will only return a slight chance to coastal areas in the evening.
Temperature wise, things will stay relatively steady. Morning low temperatures will dip to the low 60s, afternoon highs will reach the 70s and the evening will settle back into the 60s. However, with high dew points signaling plenty of moisture in the air, that will feel warmer than it really is, and probably a bit sticky.
Pollen levels will dip to just low-medium.
