‘Sexually Violent Predator’ on Work Release at the Boulder County Jail
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday that a man deemed to be a sexually violent predator is currently on work release at the Boulder County Jail.
Nathaniel Kyle Stark, 23, was convicted in Boulder County of two counts of sexual contact without consent and one count of felony assault, according to online court records.
Stark will be in custody at the Boulder County Jail at night and will be allowed to look for work during the day, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
The state of Colorado classifies as sexually violent predators certain registered sex offenders who exhibit specific risk factors that authorities say makes them likely to commit further crimes.
