Public hearing set for proposed Bethel housing complex
BETHEL - Residents can discuss a proposal for a housing development in the downtown area at a meeting Monday night.
The Inland Wetlands Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Monday on an application for Codfish Hill Construction to construct a six building, 18 unit multi-family housing development on Wooster Street.
The company wishes to demolition the existing structure, construct new buildings and conduct associated site and drainage improvements.
The hearing is in meeting room D of the Clifford J. Hurgin Municipal Center.
