4 Eloy children taken in custody battle; Amber Alert issued
ELOY, Ariz. (AP) — Police in Eloy have issued an Amber Alert after a woman failed to comply with a court order regarding custody of her four children.
Police began searching for the children Wednesday evening.
They said 34-year-old Melanie Davis was last seen driving a black car with a temporary Arizona license plate.
Police said the missing children are a 15-year-old girl, a 13-year-old boy and two 10-year-old boys.
Eloy is located about 65 miles southeast of Phoenix in Pinal County.
