HUTCHINSON, Kan. (AP) — Two people have been arrested in the killing of a rural Kansas man and his missing vehicle has been located, authorities say.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said a 48-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man from Great Bend were taken into custody just before 8:30 p.m. Friday at a Lowe’s store parking lot in Hutchinson.

Both were booked into jail on felony charges related to the killing of 61-year-old Leslie Randa, of LaCrosse. A relative found Randa dead in January and called 911. His GMC Envoy also was missing.

The KBI said the Kansas Attorney General is expected to prosecute the case. No details were released on a motive.
