Scottsbluff Police Department
1:23 a.m. — Police responded to the area of W. 26th Street and Avenue B in reference to a woman being chased by a driver. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Patrick Little Wolf, 33, on charges of domestic assault and willful reckless driving.
11:10 a.m. — In the 1400 block of E. 20th Street, police investigated theft from a coin-operated machine.
1:01 p.m. — An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1300 block of E. Seventh St. for speeding. Contact was made with the driver identified as Mouhamed Balde, 26, who was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.
1:24 p.m. — On Highland Road, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in regards to the driver Robert Moore having local warrants. Moore was arrested on the warrants and a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
5:41 p.m. — An officer responded to Safeway in regards to a male causing a disturbance. Upon investigation, Adam Earlywine was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
1:33 a.m. — In the 1100 block of Avenue E, Scottsbluff Police responded to a suspicious vehicle that was parked near the 1100 block of Avenue E. Annessa Escamilla, 19, of Gering, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana.
12:13 p.m. — An officer was dispatched to Dollar General (918 W. 27th Street) in regards to a trespassing complaint. Cali Downs was issued a citation for trespassing.
7:41 a.m. — In the 2600 block of Avenue A, Police investigated an assault on a juvenile reported to have occurred at Monument Mall.
In the 800 block of East Overland Drive, officers investigated a report of female shoplifter at Dollar General (818 E. Overland). Jessie Seiffert, 22, was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
5:12 p.m. — In the 00 block of Terry Boulevard, officers were dispatched to Terry Boulevard in response to a protection order violation. Jose Pena III was arrested on a charge of protection order violation.
10:43 p.m. — An officer observed a vehicle with no plates traveling westbound on East Overland and initiated a traffic stop. Felicia Janis, 29, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.
12:25 a.m. — An officer was flagged down by a bartender in the 1700 block of Broadway in reference to a disturbance. Anthony Nguyen was cited on a charge of third-degree assault.
9:05 a.m. — On South Street, police investigated a child abuse and neglect intake.
9:28 a.m. — In the 1800 block of Fifth Avenue, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that ran a stop light and observed an unrestrained 3-year-old child in the backseat. Alejandro Flores Jr., 29, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension and child seat violation.
8:43 p.m. — Officers responded to a residence in the 1600 block of Avenue E for the report of a physical disturbance. The suspect had left the scene prior to officers arriving and no arrests or citations were noted.
