Nebraska-Omaha men’s basketball knocks off South Dakota
Zach Jackson and Mitch Hahn combined to score 29 of their 36 points in the second half and Nebraska-Omaha beat South Dakota 75-68 last night to snap a three-game skid against the Coyotes.
Jackson, who led four players in double figures, had 16 of his 21 points in the second half and Hahn finished with 15 points and five rebounds. Matt Pile recorded a double-double with twelve points, 14 boards, and four blocked shots. The Mavericks have won four in a row and eight of their last nine. Nebraska-Omaha is now 11-8 overall and 5-1 in the Summit League while South Dakota drops to 8-11 overall and 2-4 in the conference.
