July 2, 2017 GMT

Randy Eblen says, “I opened Grumpy’s in 2011, but I had been planning this for years. I bought the URL for Grumpy’s back in 2001 and gathered menu ideas as I travelled all over the country. It’s named for a guy I worked for in 1995 named Grumpy Kaz who owned a sports bar in Alabama. This business is a Sports Pub, focused on Craft Beer and Gastro Pub style eats.”Later this summer we will be updating our menu with some customer requests as well some old Aiken favorites from places gone away. We will be adding some TV’s to our patio and our carryout “party platter” options are expanding as well. Also, com- ing soon our Sunday brunch menu will be available. We pour the coldest beer in town, right around 30 degrees. Our craft beer selection is the largest in the Aiken area with 36 taps and over 100 bottles and/or cans. We are locally owned and operated and support several local charities. Our focus is on the customer experience, if any customer is not satisfied, we make sure we make sure to make it right.
