HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) _ John Wiley & Sons Inc. (JW.A) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $35.4 million.

The Hoboken, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 63 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, were 95 cents per share.

The publisher posted revenue of $515.9 million in the period.

John Wiley & Sons expects full-year earnings in the range of $4 to $4.25 per share, with revenue in the range of $2.07 billion to $2.1 billion.
