Cornerstone OnDemand: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) _ Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. (CSOD) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Santa Monica, California-based company said it had net income of 2 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 64 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 28 cents per share.

The developer of human-resources software posted revenue of $206.9 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $40 million, or 63 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $740.9 million.

For the current quarter ending in April, Cornerstone OnDemand said it expects revenue in the range of $203 million to $205 million.


The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $847 million to $857 million.

Cornerstone OnDemand shares have climbed 5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $46.26, a drop of 21% in the last 12 months.
