Camden residents still waiting for help with leaky houses
Camden officials say they will make sure needed repairs are made to four townhouses that have been plagued by leaks and other problems since they were built in the Lanning Square section.
The homes on Berkley Street have been a source of conflict since last year, when the owners began complaining of leaks and other problems. Even when roofers made fixes after a major rainstorm caused flooding in the homes last year, residents said that problems persisted and that the contractor, builder, and city officials were unresponsive to complaints.
