Camden County multi-vehicle crash sends 4 to hospital

A multi-vehicle crash in Camden County sent four people to the hospital, authorities said Saturday.

At about 6:24 p.m. Friday, a crash involving six vehicles occurred in the 1200 block of U.S. Route 30 in Oaklyn, the Oaklyn Police Department said in a statement on its Facebook page early Saturday.

Four victims — three females and a male — were transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, the statement said. The police department did not disclose the extent of the victims’ injuries or if anyone died.

No one could be immediately reached in the police department or in the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office on Saturday for further information.
