Cameco: Q2 Earnings Snapshot
SASKATOON, Saskatchewan (AP) _ Cameco Corp. (CCJ) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $65.8 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-based company said it had net income of 16 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 14 cents per share.
The uranium producer posted revenue of $437.2 million in the period.
Cameco shares have climbed 6% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 33% in the last 12 months.
