The Norwalk, Connecticut-based company said it had net income of $1.35 per share.

The construction and maintenance company posted revenue of $2.3 billion in the period.

Emcor Group shares have dropped 18% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 12% in the last 12 months.
