DUNDALK COUNTY LOUTH, Ireland (AP) _ Cimpress plc (CMPR) on Wednesday reported a fiscal first-quarter loss of $25.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Dundalk County Louth, Ireland-based company said it had a loss of 97 cents.

The marketing materials maker posted revenue of $703.4 million in the period.
