Valvoline: Fiscal Q3 Earnings Snapshot

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) _ Valvoline Inc. (VVV) on Wednesday reported profit of $99 million in its fiscal third quarter.

The Lexington, Kentucky-based company said it had net income of 55 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 58 cents per share.

The automotive and industrial lubricants maker posted revenue of $957 million in the period.

Valvoline expects full-year revenue in the range of $2.1 million to $2.2 million.
