WINTER PARK, Fla. (AP) _ Ruth’s Hospitality Group Inc. (RUTH) on Friday reported second-quarter net income of $10.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Winter Park, Florida-based company said it had net income of 31 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 44 cents per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 31 cents per share.

The restaurant chain posted revenue of $128.6 million in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $124.8 million.
