PHOENIX (AP) _ Grand Canyon Education Inc. (LOPE) on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $25.6 million.
On a per-share basis, the Phoenix-based company said it had profit of 80 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 85 cents per share.
The for-profit education company posted revenue of $199.8 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in October, Grand Canyon Education expects its per-share earnings to range from 86 cents to 88 cents.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $207.3 million to $209.3 million for the fiscal third quarter.
Grand Canyon Education expects full-year earnings in the range of $5.60 to $5.66 per share, with revenue ranging from $903.2 million to $909.2 million.
