Hornucopia tribute show coming to State Theatre

October 7, 2017 GMT

Hornucopia, a tribute to horns in the rock and pop era, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at the State Theatre, 96 E. Fourth St., Zumbrota.

The 11-member band consists of a four-piece horn section, four-piece rhythm section and three vocalists, all from the Twin Cities. Hornucopia roams across the pop landscape from the 1960s to today, playing the music of Tower of Power, Chicago, and Blood, Sweat & Tears right up to today’s hits by Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake. From rock to ska, from pop to soul, from Latin to the blues, all styles of music are fair game for Hornucopia.

Tickets are $28 in advance, $32 the day of the show, available through Crossings at Carnegie, 507-732-7616.
