Beasley: Q2 Earnings Snapshot

NAPLES, Fla. (AP) _ Beasley Broadcast Group Inc. (BBGI) on Monday reported a second-quarter loss of $14.5 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Naples, Florida-based company said it had a loss of 48 cents. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs, were 25 cents per share.

The radio broadcaster posted revenue of $64.8 million in the period.

The company’s shares closed at $1.27. A year ago, they were trading at $2.66.
