Drinking party leads to 21 citations in Orleans

Twenty-one teenagers and young adults were cited after Spirit Lake Police responded to a drinking party at a rental storage facility in Orleans. The bust took place at about 1:48 a.m. in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 20, according to court records. The storage unit was located near the intersection of First Street and Wedeking Drive.
Each of the 21 “frequenting a disorderly house” citations were issued on suspicion that the person involved “did occupy a residence in which the occupants were consuming alcohol in violation of chapter 123 of the Iowa Code.” The defendants have been summoned to appear in court at 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27:

Okoboji � Oscar Jordan Martinez Flores, age 26.
Spirit Lake � Cassandra Kay Ennema, age 25; Skylar Christopher Ingraham, age 20; Cade Philip Kuchel, age 18; Trenten James Murray, age 21; India Marie Shipley, age 19; Kaylie Jo Thompson, age 19; Keegan Chad Wagner, age 19.
