Man run over by farm implement, dragged to his death in W. Minnesota
A man was dragged to his death by a farm implement in western Minnesota, and his body was found after sunrise the next day, authorities said.
The man was working with a chisel plow Saturday in a farm field in Moe Township, west of Alexandria, where the equipment drove over and dragged him, according to the Douglas County Sheriffs Office.
A call to 911 about 7:40 a.m. on Sunday reported that the man, who was working alone, failed to return home the previous night.
The identity of the victim, who is from nearby Farwell, was being withheld pending notification of family.
