Henion said police were investigated a shoplifting at the Posh Consignment Shop on Feb. 14. About an hour later, police made contact with Arrants, who was identified as a suspect in the shoplifting. During the investigation, police allegedly located about seven grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in Arrants’ vehicle.
