Adam Thielen has another big game as Vikings blitz Cardinals 27-17

Adam Thielen had more than 100 yards receiving for the sixth consecutive game and caught a 13-yard touchdown pass from Kirk Cousins as the Vikings beat the Arizona Cardinals 27-17 at U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday.

Thielen extended his Super Bowl-era NFL record for consecutive 100-yard games; the overall NFL record was set in 1961 when Charley Hennigan of the AFLs Houston Oilers surpassed 100 yards receiving in seven straight games in 1961.

Latavius Murray, filling in for an injured Dalvin Cook, rushed for 155 yards and scored on a 21-yard run in the first quarter.

The Vikings (3-2-1) led 13-10 at halftime, but got Thielens touchdown and a 7-yard scored run from Cousins to take control in the third quarter.

Dan Bailey hit field goals of 37 and 48 yards in the first half for the Vikings.

Arizonas Budda Baker returned a Cousins fumble 36 yards for a touchdown in the first half, and David Johnson scored on a 1-yard run in the fourth quarter.

In what might be his final NFL game in Minnesota, Minneapolis native Larry Fitzgerald caught four passes for 41 yards. The 35-year-old Cardinals veteran has not said whether this will be his final season.
