Trespasser cited for indecency
A Norfolk man was arrested Sunday on several counts, including trespassing and public indecency.
Capt. Don Miller said Colby Anderson, 34, had been given a trespass warning for 503 Blaine St. in the past.
On Friday, Anderson returned to the address and was issued a citation for second-degree criminal trespass at 503 Blaine St. and a trespass warning for 506 Blaine St.
On Sunday, officers spoke to Anderson several additional times and told him not to return to 503 Blaine St., Miller said.
But at about 1:30 p.m., Anderson again returned to that address, removed his clothing and stood outside the residence before going into the yard at 506 Blaine St., Miller said.
Officers had contact with Anderson several blocks away and placed him under arrest for two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, public indecency and disturbing the peace.
Anderson was booked into the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
