Tickets for 2018 Rock Hall Inductions sell out in 30 minutes

CLEVELAND, Ohio – If you were hoping to see Bon Jovi get inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame live in Cleveland on April 14, you’ll have to find tickets on the secondary market.

The 2018 Induction Ceremony, which takes place at Cleveland’s Public Hall, sold out Wednesday morning in 30 minutes, according to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Pre-sale tickets for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members sold out earlier this week. Tickets went on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Thursday morning.

This year’s ceremony will honor Bon Jovi, The Cars, Dire Straits, The Moody Blues, Nina Simone and Sister Rosetta Tharpe. So far, Howard Stern is the only presenter (for Bon Jovi) confirmed.

The ceremony will air on HBO in the weeks following the show. But all is not lost for local fans that want to watch things happen in real time on April 14.

Tickets for the Rock Hall’s annual simulcast go on sale Thursday, Feb. 15 at 10 a.m. The price of $23.50 also includes access to the entire museum.
