PLANO, Texas (AP) _ Integer Holdings Corp. (ITGR) on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $389,000.

On a per-share basis, the Plano, Texas-based company said it had net income of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, were 32 cents per share.

The medical device outsource manufacturer posted revenue of $240.1 million in the period.

Integer shares have decreased 13% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 19% in the last 12 months.
