Crews rescue men stuck in tank in Port Arthur

Crews are working to extract a man from a tank at a site in Port Arthur after he and one other man became stuck Friday morning.

At about 10 a.m., the Port Arthur Police Department and fire department responded to a call of two individuals who were stuck in a tank at 1050 FM 365, officials said.

Crews rescued the first man at around 11 a.m. The victim is being transported to the Southeast Texas Medical Center.

Officials could not confirm what kind of tank the men were stuck in or how they got there.

No other injuries have been reported.
