CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Johnny Manziel’s ”#ComebackSZN” is starting in The Spring League in April and, luckily for Johnny Football fans, you’ll be able to see it all unfold on TV.

Turner Sports’ new streaming service will broadcast the three-week scouting event starting in late March. Details on the streaming service’s launch date, content offerings beyond UEFA soccer and price haven’t been announced.

Launched in 2017, the Spring League is pre-draft showcase for college players and free agents looking to make an impression on NFL teams. There are four teams with each team playing twice. Manziel’s two games for the Spring League South team are scheduled for April 7 and April 14. Kickoff time for both games is 4:30 p.m.

“Football has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Sometimes you take for granted how much you value something until it’s gone. My goal is to make it back to the NFL and I realize I have to earn that privilege,” Manziel told Sports Illustrated. “The Spring League has provided me with a great opportunity to play ball again, and ultimately, that is all I want to do. I miss the competition.”

Back in Texas where it all started. I’ll be joining @TheSpringLeague in Austin to get #ComebackSZN started! Can’t wait to get back on the field and show NFL scouts what I can do! #cantwaitforspring pic.twitter.com/zMk5223HCc— Johnny Manziel (@JManziel2) February 14, 2018

The former Heisman Trophy winner was a first-round draft pick of the Browns in 2014, but his NFL career was derailed by off-the-field problems including a stint in rehab and an allegation of domestic violence. He last played in 2015 and, in fact, is the last quarterback to win a game for the Browns prior to the team’s current 1-31 slide under head coach Hue Jackson.

Manziel told “Good Morning America” this week he’s since stopped drinking and is being treated for depression and bipolar disorder.

“I’m coming back from a huge downfall,” he said. “I don’t know what kind of comeback it will be. But I know I want to get back on the football field and do what brought me so much joy.”

Manziel had an offer from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats to play in the Canadian Football League, but the two sides couldn’t reach a deal.
