Roof fire contained at fire district building in Vermont
COLCHESTER, Vt. (AP) — A fire district building in Vermont has been damaged from a roof fire, authorities said Friday.
The Colchester Fire Department responded to the fire for a sprinkler/water flow alarm, WCAX-TV reported. The sprinkler system helped contain the fire.
There was no word of injuries. The building will be closed for an unknown amount of time because of the damage.
The cause is under investigation; the fire is not considered suspicious, authorities said.
