Cle Elum woman injured after collision on state Route 97

A Cle Elum woman was injured in a collision Tuesday on state Route 97, 12 miles north of Cle Elum.

Deanna Mihelich, 44, was driving a 2015 white Chevrolet Cruze northbound at 11:12 p.m. when her vehicle left the roadway and impacted a rock embankment, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Mihelich was injured and taken to KVH.

The cause of the crash was determined to be driver fatigue and no charges will be pressed, according to the WSP.
