HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) _ John Wiley & Sons Inc. (WLY) on Wednesday reported net income of $43.1 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

The Hoboken, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 76 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.08 per share.

The publisher posted revenue of $545.7 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $148.3 million, or $2.62 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.08 billion.

John Wiley & Sons expects full-year earnings in the range of $3.70 to $4.05 per share, with revenue in the range of $2.17 billion to $2.22 billion.
