LONDON (AP) _ Ralph Dawkins capped a World League record 40-carry, 164-yard performance with his second touchdown of the game, a 6-yard run, leading the Amsterdam Admirals to a 17-10 victory over the London Monarchs Sunday.

The victory improved the Admirals’ record to 3-0, leaving them the only team with a perfect record in the six-team league. The Monarchs are 1-2.

Dawkins, loaned to the Admirals by the New Orleans Saints, carried over left guard for a 1-yard touchdown at 3.07 of the first quarter.

Three minutes later, the Monarchs scored on a 26-yard pass from Brad Johnson to Larry Wallace.

Dawkins’ game-winning TD came at 12.25 of the third period.

The score was set up by T.C. Wright’s 56-yard punt return to the Monarchs’ 16. After Will Furrer’s pass gained 9 yards, Dawkins carried 1 yard for a first down. On the next play, Dawkins scored his second touchdown.
