DOG AT LARGE/UNLICENSED DOG, BULLHEAD CITY — Michael Paul Eisen, 42, was cited April 3 for having a dog at large, having an unlicensed dog and failure to attach tags. Police said animal care and welfare officers received at least two calls concerning his two dogs being at large. Eisen was cited and released.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Charles Vance Williams, 44, was arrested April 4 at Country Club Drive and Meadows Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

SHOPLIFTING/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Jonathan Ryan Richardson, 30, was arrested April 8 in connection with a pair of reported shoplifting incidents at Walmart, 2840 Highway 95. Police said he went to the store March 29, put two TVs in a shopping cart, and fled into a waiting vehicle. The TVs were valued at $469.75, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Richardson reportedly concealed about $302 worth of merchandise in a backpack days later and ran out the emergency exit doors. Store employees attempted to stop him, Fromelt said, but he fled into the desert. She said he dropped the property and it was returned to the store. Richardson was spotted by police in the 2700 block of Highway 95. He was arrested on suspicion of two counts of felony shoplifting and on an outstanding felony warrant for a probation violation. Richardson was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

SHOPLIFTING/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Martin Arnold Cadena, 58, was arrested April 8 in the 300 block of Santa Maria Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting and on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. Employees at Liquor Castle, 824 Hancock Road, reportedly told police that Cadena had shoplifted a can of alcohol from the store on April 6. He was booked and held for court.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Amanda Michelle Bard, 31, was arrested April 8 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on outstanding misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Kayla Alexandra Fernandez, 25, was arrested April 4 in the 1800 block of Colorado Boulevard on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She had a medical incident and was taken to Valley View Medical Center, Fromelt said. After being medically cleared, Fernandez was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Wesley Eugene Sellers, 39, was arrested April 4 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on a family offense misdemeanor warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY — Daniel Lopez, 27, and his wife, Monique Celene Lopez, 24, were arrested April 4 after police responded to a disorderly conduct call in the 1600 block of Havasupai Drive. The couple had gotten into a verbal altercation, Fromelt said. A vehicle windshield was smashed, she said, but it was not determined who was responsible. Monique Lopez was cited for for disorderly conduct per domestic violence and released. Daniel Lopez was reportedly in possession of a marijuana pipe. He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct per per domestic violence and possession of drug paraphernalia and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DRUGS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Bryan Matthew Sanquist, 33, was arrested April 5 after being contacted by officers at Bluebonnet Boulevard and Primrose Lane. In his possession, police reportedly found about 0.4 grams of methamphetamine and several drug paraphernalia items. Sanquist was booked on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Carol Maurine McDonald, 39, was arrested April 9 near Long Avenue and Fourth Street on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
