Jefferson Public Library to host therapeutic visit this Saturday
The Jefferson Public Library will host an event with inner peace as Polly J. Huenink-Schellinger presents a morning program about aromatherapy Saturday at 10 a.m.
Visitors will learn what an essential oil is, how to use them, and how they can benefit your life.
Huenink-Schellinger is a registered nurse, board certified holistic nurse, reflexologist, clinical aromatherapist, parish nurse, certified therapeutic touch practitioner to prepare for surgery and heal faster facilitator.
Her main focus is wellness with an emphasis on physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Huenink-Schellinger practices holistic nursing specializing in private sessions in reflexology, therapeutic touch and aromatherapy consults.
Huenink-Schellinger also runs a farm store called The Healing Place Farm, that offers essential oils and crafted items like soaps, lotion bars, aromatherapy inhalers, cleaning essentials, baby products, trauma oil and itch sticks.
