Cave Spring man charged with threats
An incident that reportedly occurred underneath a bridge on Fosters Mill Road has landed a Cave Spring man behind bars pending $3,500 bond Saturday night.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
John Scott Evans, 42, of 114 Fincher St., Cave Spring, is arrested sometime around 6:40 p.m. Friday on Fosters Mill Road and charged with felony terroristic threats and acts.
He threatened to “snap the neck” of a Centre, Alabama, man during an argument that occurred underneath a bridge on the two-lane highway.
