Longmont Police Notes: Club’s Golf Cart Taken

An employee at Fox Hill Country Club , 1400 East Ken Pratt Blvd., reported the theft Friday of a club-owned golf cart. The case status is closed due to the lack of suspect information.

The Longmont Police Department on Friday contacted a vehicle in the 1200 block of Tulip that was possibly associated with a domestic. The 58-year-old male driver ran from the vehicle and was later arrested on charges of possession of Schedule II controlled substance, obstructing police and other traffic-related charges.

Longmont police on Friday received a report of a possible domestic violence incident that occurred in the 600 block of Peck Drive. Upon investigation, there was no probable cause for criminal charges and this case will be closed.

At about 10 a.m. Friday , officers responded to the 1400 block of Red Mountain Drive for the report of a domestic disturbance. The case was cleared by arrest.

Police responded to 1200 block of S. Sunset Street on Friday reference a possible domestic violence incident. One juvenile male was arrested without incident and transported to Boulder County Juvenile Detention Center.

Longmont police on Friday responded to 1030 Coffman Street on a hit-and- run accident. A woman reported her vehicle was struck while parked in the parking lot and she had suspect information. The 67-year-old female suspect later returned and was later arrested on suspicion of driving while ability impaired.

A Longmont resident in the 1800 block of Lashley Street reported Friday that an unknown person illegally obtained his debit card information and used this information to withdraw cash from an ATM in Wheat Ridge. The case is closed due to jurisdictional issues.
