Bingo to benefit the new B’ville Library
BARBOURSVILLE — The Cabell County Public Library is having a Bingo Night fundraiser at the Huntington High School cafeteria at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, to raise money for the new Barboursville Library.
Bingo booklets will be sold at the door that night for $20 each.
Individuals also have the opportunity to prepay at any of the library’s eight locations for $30 for two booklets. All booklets will be given out the night of the event, and all attendees must be 18 or older.
There will be prizes, raffles and baskets for attendees to win. Some of the current prizes include: cash, gift cards and certificates, home goods, jewelry, “PAW Patrol Live” tickets, Marshall University football tickets, Rails and Ales VIP passes and more. Concession food will also be available.
“In the past, this has been a very fun, entertaining and well-attended event,” said Breana Roach Bowen, assistant director for youth services. “Please consider supporting our cause of improving literacy in our community by joining us at the Huntington High School cafeteria for our third annual Bingo Night fundraiser.”
